Explosive strength evolution of Romanian professional rugby players – Backs

The purpose of this study is to highlight the evolution explosive strength in 4-year interval backs compartment and level adaptation game requirements. hypothesis that lower limbs rugby developed during past 4 years, trying keep up with higher needs first Romanian league. Explosive power was measured using ‘Just Jump System’, which a plyometric test mat on players conducted set three tests: squat jump, control movement jump free jump. forwards significantly improved their period. Although total body mass got bigger, managed improve limbs’ strength; fact proves good physical requirements game.
